Great experience on a large complicated order

It was a large order of 38 sash windows, The complete order went extremely smoothly from quotation through to signing of which was double checked before processing, Charlotte who dealt with the order was so helpful all the way through and kept an eye on all aspects of the order, The delivery was co-ordinated well and arrived on time, I was away during installation and it was important to me that everything came as per my order so my fitting teams only had to install and not deal with any complications.
The whole job went so well and the customer was very impressed with the product.
