We have been buying sash windows from Victorian sliders for just over a year now – the windows are really well made and great value . Gracie has been our account manager from the start and guided us with ease through the order process , explaining the different options we could have and advising on the trickle vents needed to cover the new building regs.
Emails are swiftly answered and calls quickly returned. If any issues do crop up then we know that Gracie will be on hand to help solve them. Great customer service from a knowledgeable account manager!
