Regional Sales Manager

Job Purpose

The role of the Regional Sales Manager is to manage and grow revenue across an existing customer portfolio together with the acquisition of new customers in pursuit of increased market share. Whilst customer base is B2B in nature, the successful candidate will be required to support customers on their B2C engagement strategies with consumers to help maximise pull through demand.
The RSM will be comfortable dealing with a varied end customer base that operates in retail and commercial markets. The role is customer facing spending the vast majority of time meeting customers and working alongside an office based team that provides sales and customer service support. Sector knowledge desirable but not essential.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Manage time and prioritise tasks to maximise outcomes
  • Analyze sales and market data to identify opportunities
  • Adapt to changing customer requirements and market conditions
  • Build and manage relationships, providing solutions to clients
  • Contribute to product development based on customer feedback
